Our academy is a community of respect and discipline. The following rules apply in all gyms.
Greeting and conduct
- A bow is made on entering and leaving training.
- Respect is shown to the coach and opponent; swearing and mockery are forbidden.
- Unless the coach says otherwise, sparring is done only at controlled intensity.
- Techniques learned in the academy cannot be used except for self-defence.
Hygiene and order
- Train in clean clothes and with clean feet; shoes are not worn on the mats.
- Nails must be cut short and jewellery removed.
- Gloves and protectors must be aired after every session and washed weekly.
- In case of skin conditions (fungus, impetigo, cold sores), training is paused; this is especially important in BJJ and wrestling.
Booking and attendance
Places in group training are limited; reservations are made before class through the app or your account, with free cancellation up to 2 hours before. If you miss three consecutive sessions your place may be given to an athlete on the waiting list. Competitor groups join with coach approval.
Membership
- On monthly memberships you can leave with 30 days' written notice.
- Annual memberships have a freeze right of up to 30 days (90 days with a medical report).
- Course and camp fees are refundable up to 7 days before the start.
Age rules
Children aged 6–17 can join children and youth groups; athletes under 16 cannot spar without guardian permission. Federation rules apply to competitions for under-18s.
