Frequently asked questions
Does the academy provide equipment?
In the first session gloves, wraps and a mouthguard come from the academy. After that we recommend getting your own gloves, wraps and mouthguard; you can buy them from the academy shop or elsewhere.
How do I freeze my membership?
Annual memberships have a 30-day freeze right (up to 90 days with a medical report). You can request it from your account or at the gym.
Can I train at more than one gym?
All Disciplines and Competitor Team memberships are valid at all three gyms. Single Discipline membership is valid at your chosen home gym.
Is sparring compulsory?
No. Sparring is done only with those who choose the relevant group and with coach approval. There is no contact in beginner groups for the first 4–6 weeks.
